You could put 2 childrens names on this bracelet or 1 child's name on one string and leave the second string with just gold and silver beads. Another option is to put GOD on one string and MOTHER on the other string. It comes with the GOD MOTHER charm. You may put birthstone crystals before and after each name or words. You get to choose the type of toggle during the ordering process. It is shown with a sterling toggle clasp. You can have as many letters as will fit. Up to 9 letters are free.
