We will gladly resize your bracelet for free in the event that
it doesn't fit within 30 days of purchase, you just pay shipping.
Beyond 30 days there will be a $10.00 restringing fee plus $2 for shipping. We will repair or replace any our of products
if they contain defective components or manufacturing defects
within 12 months of purchase. Because I hand craft each item when ordered we have an exchange only return
policy. If you receive an item and would like to exchange it
for another just let us know before returning the item for exchange.
There are no returns or exchanges for special orders.
Special
Orders: Special orders are an additional $10.00. There are
no refunds or exchanges for special orders.
Please
note: If you need to send an item back please put it in a box
with some tissue or bubble wrap around it. If you mail it back
in a flat letter sized envelope the item will get damaged.
